• A cleft lip and/or palate is one of the most prevalent forms of craniofacial malformations.

Pressure applied repeatedly to the same area of the head results in a deformed (asymmetrical) look of the head (cranium). 

Plagiocephaly is an abbreviation for "oblique head" (from the Greek oblique and cephale, which means "head").
