What Happens Since This Guy Exercised Like Chris Hemsworth for 10 Weeks?

Erik Conover spent 30 days training with Chris Hemsworth. According to the YouTuber, it was his "lowest moment here on Earth," and he had lost all of the accomplishments he had achieved in the preceding year of training. He attributes his change to the actor's trainer, Luke Zocchi. Conover weighed 210 pounds and had a body fat percentage of 11.2 percent. In 10 weeks of working out with the new @centrfit Power Program, he gained 8 pounds of muscle and 10.5 pounds of fat. Conover claims to be the strongest he's ever been.

Hemsworth, who had previously trained with Hemsworth, joined the actor's squad, reduced his body fat percentage while packing on muscle, and got into the "greatest condition of his life."

Erik Conover, a YouTuber, may have a little infatuation with Chris Hemsworth. Not only did he work out and eat like Chris Hemsworth for 30 days, but he also had the opportunity to train alongside the actor.

Conover had the chance to work with Hemsworth's trainer, Luke Zocchi, to prepare him for 10 weeks of exercises using the same Centr Power programme the actor and his crew did leading up to Thor: Love and Thunder—and the results were worthy of a legendary hero.

"I let myself go over the cliff," Conover admits as the video begins. It was his "lowest moment here on Earth," in addition to poor nutrition and a terrible breakup. He had lost all of his gains from the previous year of training. Conover was motivated to go back into training after watching updates chronicling Homesworth's metamorphosis for his most recent Thor film, so he contacted Zocchi.

"Chris is a beast... he's gotten into the greatest condition he's ever been in, and he's really the largest he's ever been," Zocchi said via Zoom during a conversation with Conover.

Conover weighs in before he begins. He begins at 202 pounds with 16.8 percent body fat and a basic caloric rate of 2,016 calories. I'll be eating nearly twice as much for the new programme. The 10-week programme will be divided into three-week chunks, with a de-load/decompression week in between and plenty of muscle-focused bodybuilding splits. Conover's first exercise was "very depressing," he says. After 30 days, he explains the difficulties of being consistent and lifting big weights while travelling. He also mention that he is just getting started "to see the arms returning and the basic level of strength returning I'm not far from where I used to be."

In terms of nutrition, he focuses on lean muscle and consumes almost 4,000 calories per day, with meals packed with lean proteins, good carbohydrates, healthy fats, and plenty of vegetables.

"Eating has turned into a full-time job. The most important aspect of this challenge is eating "Conover claims "Hands down, the food." Traveling also posed a significant difficulty to his nutrition.

By Day 45, he has provided another check-in, giving an update on his weight: he is now 217 pounds, a 15-pound gain. His strength has tripled, allowing him to lift three plates at a time weighing approximately 315 pounds. And his pullup game has improved from four to about fifteen. He also began bending rows with 55-pound kettle bells. He's now up to 97-pound kettle bells.

Conover states towards the conclusion of the challenge, on Day 70, "I can definitely claim that I am the strongest I've ever been in my whole life."

Conover's final scan results indicate that his improvements were more than simply cosmetic: his end weight was 210 pounds, and his body fat percentage was 11.2 percent.

"My aim for the following stages is to retain the muscles I have and add to them," he adds of the next steps.
